Physical and financial commodity trading (including Power, Natural Gas, LNG, Crude Oil, Emissions and Metals) involves a high degree of risk and market volatility. 1. Technology Vendor Status
CMART is a technology vendor and systems integrator. We develop, implement and maintain trading software engines (ACCORD™, VOICE™, XCAP™, FlowCraft, Smarter Insights) and provide professional consulting services. CMART is not a regulated financial broker, commodity trading advisor (CTA), investment advisor or clearing member. We do not execute trades on behalf of clients, manage customer trading portfolios or conduct regulated financial activities.
2. Accuracy of Site Information
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the descriptions of our software, capabilities, metrics (such as the 75% reconciliation manual reduction rate) and services on this Site are accurate and up-to-date, all information is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind. Operational benchmarks and payback periods are indicative and based on specific client environments and results may vary depending on ETRM configurations and market factors.
3. Software Operation & Integration
Our software accelerators interface directly with ETRM/CTRM systems (such as Endur, Allegro, RightAngle, Aspect) and third-party exchanges (such as ICE, CME, Trayport). Configuration of auto-mapping engines, matching thresholds and API parameters is the sole responsibility of the client's operations and compliance teams. CMART is not responsible for any trade mismatches, confirmation exceptions, booking errors, clearing breaks or operational disruptions resulting from improper configuration, system outages or data feed failures.
